I recently worked with Kashi to create a simple smoothie recipe using some of their new GO LEAN plant-based protein powders. They are gluten-free, vegan, contain probiotics and can be mixed with other vegetables, fruits and nut milks in smoothies for an energy boosting drink.
Here is one of my favorite smoothies that I often make with added Vanilla Vinyasa powder. I also sprinkle it over yogurt and pumpkin seed cluster granola.

Pineapple and kale smoothie
6 ounces diced pineapple
1 cup chopped kale
1/2 cup almond milk
1 pouch Vanilla Vinyasa GO LEAN protein powder
2 ice cubes
Small pinch of black pepper (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until very smooth. Serve immediately.
