Spring has finally arrived although it sure doesn’t look like it in Seattle where the grey skies and rain seem to not want to leave us. But I am excited to announce the release of Beyond The Plate – a cookbook compiling recipes from bloggers all around the world. My recipes, gluten-free ricotta gnudi with peas, favas and spring garlic, as well as my classic, pear and hazelnut frangipane tart.
The cookbook includes recipes from 30 bloggers including My Darling Lemon Thyme, Indian Simmer, Local Milk, Lady & Pups, and Eat in My Kitchen, among others. Each contributing two recipes that defines they cooking style and part of the world. The official release date is April 3rd. Hope you will enjoy it.
