Happy to hear the course was sold out so fast! I am happy that you are hosting the course in the Basque Country and I hope that the participants will love our beautiful country, its gastronomy, and its people, as much as we basques do.

    Enjoy you lucky 9!

Hi Aran, I’d like to make the chocolate brioche bread pudding from your book but I would like to make a plain version of it , do I only omit both the chocolate and the chocolate chips ? Do I have to increase eggs, cream or add in milk to achieve a creamy consistency ?
    Thanks for your kind help

  5. Maybe we can meet somewhere (near my farm?) when you are on the Iparralde (French) side of the Basque Country? !!
