Food photography workshop in Seattle, November 17

EDOCPANTRY

Hello,

A quick note to let you know that I will be teaching at The Pantry at Delancey this autumn!

If you live in the Seattle area, I am sure you have been to Delancey right? And did you know they have a space where they teach cooking classes? Yes! It’s called The Pantry and it is such a beautiful space and they continue to fill their schedule with classes I want to take.

In October, I will be teaching a Basque pintxos class where we will learn to make membrillo, cook bacalao, perfect tortilla de patatas and other recipes. That class sold out even before I had a chance to tell you about it. Really fast, which tells me many of you really are interested in classic Basque cooking.

I will also be teaching a 1-day food photography class in November. Here are the details.

WHAT: Hands-on food photography class where we will discuss camera settings, daylight photography, composition, food and prop styling.
WHEN: November 17, 2013 from 9am until 3pm PST
WHERE: The Pantry at Delancey, Seattle, Washington
FEE: $200
Register HERE

Excited about this one!
